In this window the project analysis is carried out/updated, to check the level of optimization for the search engines. On the basis of the analysis, a series of errors and/or alerts are displayed: if you make the suggested corrections and/or changes, you can improve your project and so improve its positioning in the search results (SERP) given by the search engines.

When the project has been saved at least once, you can start analyzing the project by clicking on the Start button. The results of the analysis are shown in the left-hand column of the window:

WebSite Optimization: expresses the project's level of optimization as a percentage.
Project Size: gives the size of the project file (.iwzip file).

Click to expand/collapseReference: Errors, Alerts and General Information

When the project analysis is complete, the Alerts and Errors List displays a table containing various buttons. If you click on the buttons you can see:

Errors: a list of the parts of the project that contain errors that compromise the correct functioning of the website and/or the level of optimization: you are strongly advised to correct the errors before publishing the website online. The errors that have been found are:
There is no title for this Page;
An Object in this Page needs a PHP extension.
There are errors in the custom code entered in the Page Properties;
There are errors in the custom code entered using the HTML Object;
There is a link to a non-existent element;
There is a reference to a non-existent Database.
You have used a font that is not linked to the project.
Alerts: displays a list of the parts of the project where optimization could be improved. The warnings refer to:
The Page Title has been added more than once in the Project;
The Page Description has been added more than once in the Project;
The Page Title is too long: more than 70 characters;
The Page Description is too long: more than 256 characters;
The Page Title is too short: less than 5 characters;
The Page Description is too short: less than 25 characters;
There are no Keywords for this Page;

The SiteMap is missing for this Project;
The robots.txt file is missing for this Project;
There are Flash Objects which will not be displayed on Apple devices;
The Page is too big: contains more than 80 objects and could create upload problems;
The picture file is too big: contains images for more than 1 Mb. This refers to the original file and is indicated because it could have negative effects on the program's processing capacities;
Image or Video Object not included in the website's SiteMap.xml.

As well as the above buttons, the following button is also present:

Save a Project analysis report: this button saves the report with the project analysis in an HTML file, that can be saved or shared.

If you click on an Item in the Alerts and Errors List table, you can display the Description and Position in the next table, Errors and Alerts Details. The Item generally shows a page in the project, whereas the Position specifies the object in question, giving the coordinates of the column and row of the cell in the Page Layout Table where it has been inserted.

You can use the following buttons on the side of the table to correct an error or make the suggested changes:

Go to Page: click on this button to open the Page Creation window, selected in the Alerts and Errors List table. Alternatively, you can double-click on the Page's name.
Properties: click on this button to open the Page Properties window for the selected Page in the Alerts and Errors List table. When you have made the necessary changes, click on the OK button, in the Page Properties window, to go back to the Project Analysis window.

The project must have been saved at least once before you can start the project analysis.

After you have made the suggested changes, you must update the analysis results by clicking on the Start button a second time.
